West Virginia Public Broadcasting seeks two (2) full-time Reporters for its Charleston newsroom.

The successful candidates must have excellent reporting, interviewing, writing and electronic news gathering skills to produce substantive radio/television stories for a statewide and regional audience. The candidates also must be able to maintain high journalistic standards of fairness under deadline pressure and must work collaboratively with others in a multimedia newsroom. Two years’ reporting experience required. Previous experience with posting to the web and using social media is highly desirable. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or an appropriate combination of education and experience. These positions require working irregular hours, extended days, weekends and holidays.
