David M. Howell joined the WVU Reed College of Media in the spring of 2014. He currently teaches in the College’s Strategic Communications program. Howell is also the faculty advisor to the Martin-Hall Agency, a student-run integrated advertising agency that services local and statewide clients. Before joining WVU, Howell spent over 30 years in the Chicago world working for such noted advertising agencies as Ogivly & Mather, DDB and FCB. He has been the creative director on a number of Fortune 100 brands including Sears, McDonalds, Budweiser and Dow. Howell received his BA from Purdue University in strategic communications.
