The Marketing Assistant actively supports the marketing team in the execution of Mon Health Systems’ strategic communications plan, including paid, earned and owned media. Administrative duties Include maintaining clip file, fielding telephone and email inquiries, event planning, liaising with all health system departments, creating and tracking purchase orders and check requests. Marketing Assistant also assists with photography, writing, maintaining web and social media presence, and video production.
- Minimum Education Requirement : Technical or Associates degree; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum Experience Requirement : Three years previous administrative work, preferably in a marketing/communications capacity. Bachelor’s degree with a related internship will also be considered in lieu of work experience.
- Minimum License Requirement : Valid Driver’s License.
